"Tips and Tricks" for an easier, everyday life!!

  • Keep a bottle of cleaner and spounge in the guest bath so you can sneak away for a quick clean if unexpected guests should arrive.
  • Avoid using disinfectants on mirros and glass.  It leaves a foggy, streaky residue.

Bathtub

  • Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean caulk in tub surround, glass, mirrors, and chrome fixtures.  Dab or pour on, let set, and wipe clean.
  • Mildew in the corners of your tub?  Soak a cotton bowl in bleach and let set, then remove and rinse clean with water.

Toilet

  • Use a ½ gallon of white vinegar each month for a ring-free bowl.  Pour in bowl, let set, then flush.
  • Avoid drain clogs or odors by using 1C of baking soda each week.  Pour into bowl and flush.
